Equilibar announces the introduction of a high precision back pressure regulator with exponentially wide flow rate window, down to a Cv of 1x10-7. These regulators are solving chatter and low flow stability problems in many gas research applications, including gas chromatography. The dome-loaded LF Series is capable of handling pressures from 0.02 to 2000 psig. With low flow precision well below 1 ml/min, these regulators perform over a 10,000:1 flow rate window. Body material is SS316. Available diaphragms include SS316, PTFE, and Viton.
