Featuring food-grade compliance, Watson-Marlow's Maxthane Pump Tubing Elements support sustainability initiatives.

Designed to suit tasks that include the accurate and reliable dosing of flavors, colors, and additives, Maxthane Pump Tubing Elements provide long service life and food-grade compliance. Maxthane is fully compatible with all types of food oils and most clean-in-place chemicals and is manufactured from fully recyclable thermoplastic polyurethane. Of particular note is the tubing’s high peristaltic performance from a thinner wall and recyclable constitution that reduces the products environmental impact, supporting the growing sustainability initiatives of food plants.

Maxthane is designed for use with the Watson-Marlow 530 Series cased peristaltic pumps fitted with a 520 RET pumphead. Quick-change LoadSure options ensure easy changeover. During maintenance routines, the operator simply replaces the element in the pumphead.

Maxthane supports pressure up to 7 bar to deliver dosing and metering accuracy. It offers users extended service lift, broad chemical compatibility, low spallation, and good abrasion and UV resistance.
