6000 Series Manual or Power Rewind Reels

The Hannay 6000 series reels are designed for a variety of power rewind options and are versatile and adaptable to fit many applications. Its strong, heavy-duty construction allows for efficient handling of longer lengths of hose. The 6000 series features either a manual gear-driven crank rewind or chain and sprocket drive powered by an electric, hydraulic or compressed air motor. 

 

The standard inlet is a 90-deg. ball bearing swivel joint and 1-in. female NPT threads, with a 1-in. female NPT standard outlet. Crank rewind reels are supplied with a pinion brake and power rewind reels with a comet brake. It operates at pressures to 2,000 psi (138 bar), and can manage product temperatures from –40 to +400°F (-40 to +204°C).

  • Heavy-duty reel for longer lengths of hose.
  • Choose gear-driven crank rewind or chain and sprocket drive powered by an electric, hydraulic, or compressed air motor.
  • Crank rewind reels supplied with pinion brake; power rewind reels with a comet brake.
  • Standard inlet: 90-deg. ball bearing swivel joint, 1" female NPT threads.
  • Standard outlet: 1" female NPT threads.
  • Standard: inlet, outlet riser, and hub assembly are steel.
  • Rollers and roller mounting brackets are accessory items.
  • Standard pressures to 2,000 psi (138 bar), available up to 5,000 psi (345 bar)
  • Fluid temperatures from -40 to +400°F (-40 to +204°C).
