AT20-100 Motorized Vertical Lift Stage

The AT20-100 Motorized Vertical Lift Stage is a high-precision, high-load vertical lift stage that has a large drilled and tapped platform with vertical travel of 4 in. (100 mm) and features 3.315 µm resolution, 5 µm repeatability, and 15 µm positional accuracy. The precision ground lead screw, precision linear bearings, and the rigid box construction of the moving component of the elevator stage assure smooth, flat vertical motion.

 

The stage is 13 in. tall (318 mm) and is constructed of black-anodized aluminum alloy and steel shafting, and weighs  23 lb. (10 kg). The 2-phase NEMA 23 stepper motor and precision ground lead screw offers a high load capacity of 110 lb. (50 kg) without the concern for cantilevered effects. The limit switches prevent overtravel, a hand knob on the extended motor shaft is for manual adjustments, and the base plate has easy-to-access holes for mounting.
