P700 Pump Series

Jan. 11, 2022
Wanner Engineering's P700 Pump Series handles a wide range of fluids from clear water to thick slurries.

The P700 Series metering pumps feature a hydraulically balanced, multiple-diaphragm design to provide smooth, linear, virtually pulse-free flow without the need for expensive pulsation dampeners. Employing Variable Frequency Drive electronic flow control adjustment, the metering pumps deliver precise, accurate flow throughout the turndown range at up to 1,394 gph (4,396 lph) with discharge pressure ratings to 1200 psi (83 bar).

The series features patented diaphragm position control that protects the pump and enables operation in case of a closed inlet. Since the process fluid is not used for lubrication, the P700 can run dry indefinitely.

They are available in a choice of Brass, Ductile Iron, Duplex Alloy 2205, 316L Stainless Steel, and Hastelloy C pump head materials. The 316L Stainless Steel heads can be fitted with ANSI flanges or SAE flanged ports. Several diaphragm and check valve materials of construction allow the P700 to be used in a wide range of processing and other metering applications.

  • Handles a wide range of fluids from clear water to thick slurries
  • Electronic flow control increases accuracy and reliability
  • Smaller footprint saves valuable space
  • One pump covers a wide range of flows and pressures - reducing inventory requirements with fast, simple field conversion
  • Duplexing option doubles capacity without doubling equipment cost
  • Hydraulically-actuated, balanced diaphragms provide superior performance across entire pressure range
  • Rugged construction with a variety of affordable choices for liquid end, diaphragm, and check valve materials
