An addition to the digital delay pulse generator line of photonics instruments, the 9420 is a robust and flexible laboratory pulse generator that is designed for a wide range of applications. The 9420 delay generator features fast timing resolution at 10 ns and a low jitter of less than 400ps. These high precision units are combined come with 2, 4, or 8 output channel outputs. Each of these channels is fully independent for setting its own width and delay, and come standard with USB, RS232 and GPIB. The units also come with fast programming and a range of modes which includes single, continuous, burst, duty cycle or externally controlled.

 

Once the unit has been programmed for a setup or system, these settings can be stored in one of twelve memory recall slots so that the instrument can be shared among projects or reused in the future. The generator is the must have unit for laboratories and researchers who need precision, reliability, and simple functioning.
