Fabrisonic LLC is an innovative manufacturing technology company that provides ultrasonic welding equipment and 3D metal printing services in a wide range of metals through low?temperature, Ultrasonic Additive Manufacturing technology.  The company has developed high-powered ultrasonic welding to harness sound waves to merge layers of metal foil in a process that requires no melting. With over a decade in solid-state 3D printing, their technology enables Fabrisonic to join dissimilar metals to create new materials, have parts with complex internal geometry, and embed sensors or electronics into fully dense metal parts that can be protected from the harsh environments being assessed.  This technology is now being used by a variety of industries for seam welding not possible with current manufacturing techniques.
