Since 1899, the Harris name has been identified with innovative people, practices, and products. This began when John Harris invented the flame-cutting torch, leading to the founding of The Harris Calorific Company. In 1914, Joseph W. Harris, Sr. founded the J. W. Harris Company and developed many of the brazing alloys and fluxes that are still used today.
In 2005, Lincoln Electric merged these two successful companies to become the Harris Products Group. Today, Harris is a leader in consumables and gas equipment.
The brazing unit from Harris Products lets companies preset brazing variables for repeatable results every time while collecting data to improve operations.
