Cobot Smart Gripper CSG offers 3 versions that allow it to be used for different environments such as pick & place in packaging, assembly tasks, or mechanical processes.
- The fully electric version has an internal 24V vacuum pump and is aimed at companies that want compressed air-free production.
- The version with ejector operation has a multi-chamber ejector with a blow-off function and has a low weight of 1,360 g.
- The standard version has a connection for an external pump for companies with an existing vacuum supply.
Its use of sealing foam lets the gripper adapt to the product, even with rough or textured surfaces.
All versions have a built-in display to show the actual and target vacuum level. Process parameters can be set using the buttons next to the display. The flange connection to the cobot conforms to the ISO 9409-1 standard.
The CSG Cobot Smart Gripper is compatible with all top cobot brands as well as a wide range of industrial robots. Specific integration software is also available for selected cobots, enabling plug-and-play operation.
