Model 8600 conduit cutter cuts 1⁄2 and 3⁄4-in. conduit without completely penetrating the inside wall, so no burr is formed. Its cutting wheel has a shoulder to prevent it from entering the cavity. Once the wheel has cut as deep as it can, the conduit is simply snapped in two without forming a burr. Cutter is also ideal for use on conduit that has wire installed, because the wheel will not reach the wire.
